Your agreement

The Shift with Lynnette is provided by Lynnette Livingston, an individual seller. You contract with Lynnette Livingston for the service. By using The Shift with Lynnette, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter this agreement, or have appropriate parental or guardian permission where permitted by law.

Your membership

The Shift with Lynnette offers self-guided reflection prompts, manifestation writing, an Identity Board, reminders, and script-to-voice tools. Membership covers these tools; private coaching is separate. The first 100 paying customers pay $27 one time for 12 months of full access, including all updates during that time. Founders access does not renew automatically. When that year ends, login and saved data are retained, and you may choose to continue at $9.99 monthly. After 100 Founders sales, the Founders offer closes and only monthly membership is available. Monthly membership renews automatically and may be canceled anytime. Applicable taxes and billing dates are disclosed at checkout. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials confidential.

Payments and cancellations

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts for us in completing your purchase and handling payment support. Taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.

Cancel through the billing portal to stop future renewals. Cancellation ends access immediately; statutory rights and the Refund Policy remain unaffected. If a payment fails, access continues during payment-recovery retries and ends if recovery fails.

Acceptable use

Do not use The Shift with Lynnette unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with security through malware, probing, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to bypass access limits. Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the service. Do not submit illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or attempts to bypass safeguards.

Ownership and your content

Lynnette Livingston retains ownership of The Shift with Lynnette’s software, documentation, branding, and original materials. Your membership gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain your rights in your writing and images, and grant only the permission needed to store, process, display, and convert them to audio to provide the service. You must have rights to all material you upload. You are responsible for your prompts, inputs, and use of outputs. Report rights-holder complaints to Lynnette Livingston; disputed content may be removed and repeated infringement may result in suspension.

Service limitations

The Shift with Lynnette is a self-guided personal practice, not a guarantee of any manifestation, financial outcome, or life result. It is not medical, mental-health, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Automated audio or other outputs may contain errors; verify their accuracy and use appropriate professional oversight. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Notifications depend on your device, permission, browser support, and connectivity.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Content may be removed or restricted and outputs refused or filtered to protect users and rights holders. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
