Who is responsible

Lynnette Livingston is the seller of The Shift with Lynnette and the data controller for personal data processed to provide this service.

What we collect and why

  • Account identifiers, name and email, and authentication information: to create and secure your account, identify your membership, and provide account support (contract performance and legitimate interests in security).
  • Saved prompt answers, manifestation writing, scripts, uploaded board images, and Canva links: to save and display your practices and generate requested audio or wallpaper (contract performance). Avoid entering information you do not want processed.
  • Reminder schedules, notification tokens, device time zone, and notification permission: to deliver the reminders you choose (contract performance; permission-based notifications can be disabled).
  • Device/browser details, IP address, technical error reports and usage information: to operate the site, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
  • Support correspondence, if you contact us: to respond and resolve your request (contract performance or legitimate interests).

Who receives data

Service providers process data for hosting, account authentication, file storage, diagnostics, requested text-to-speech, and notification delivery. These include Lovable Cloud and, for notifications, Google Firebase. Script text is processed through Lovable’s audio service when you request speech. Our payment provider receives information needed for product sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing. Information may also be shared with professional legal or accounting advisers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your saved personal practices.

Retention

Saved practices and account data are retained while your account remains in use to provide the service. Unneeded information is deleted or anonymised. Billing and legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable law; security and support records are kept only as long as needed for their purpose. Deleting an account does not remove records our payment provider is legally required to retain.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for permission-based processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. Direct privacy requests to Lynnette Livingston; verification of your identity may be required. Where GDPR applies, you may complain to your supervisory authority and requests are normally answered within one month.

Security and international processing

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections and account-based access controls. No online service is completely risk-free. Providers may process information outside your country. Where UK or EEA transfer rules apply, appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses are required.

Cookies and device storage

The Shift with Lynnette uses essential browser storage and, where needed, cookies for sign-in and operation. It stores notification registration details and user-selected preferences on your device. This notice does not authorize optional analytics or marketing cookies; those require any consent applicable law demands. Manage site storage and permissions in your browser settings. Removing essential storage may sign you out or disable device notifications.
